Refund and Cancellation Policies

1. Pro Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that subscribers may need to cancel their subscription before the end of their subscription term for various reasons. To ensure fairness for both our subscribers and the company, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation:

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings and selecting the cancel subscription option. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and the subscriber will no longer have access to the subscription content or services.

Refund:

If a subscriber cancels their subscription before the end of the subscription term, the company will refund the subscriber on a pro-rata basis, based on the remaining term of the subscription. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of months remaining in the subscription term, and the subscriber will be refunded for the unused portion of their subscription.

Please note that the pro-rata refund policy may vary depending on the specific subscription plan and any applicable terms and conditions. Additionally, any discounts or promotions applied to the original subscription purchase will be voided upon cancellation.

2. Fundraising Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Fundraising Campaign Cancellation and Refund Policy

Campaign Owner:

If a campaign owner needs to cancel their fundraising campaign before the end of the campaign period, they may do so by accessing their account settings and selecting the cancel campaign option. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and the campaign will no longer be available for donations.

Campaign owners will not be charged any fees for cancelling their campaign, but any donations received prior to cancellation will not be refunded to donors. Campaign owners are responsible for communicating any changes or updates to their campaigns and refund policies to their donors.

Donor:

If a donor wishes to request a refund for a donation made to a fundraising campaign, they may do so within 7 days of making the donation. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis and may not be available for all donations.

Donors may request a refund by contacting our customer support team and providing their donation details and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of the refund request.

Please note that any donations made to a fundraising campaign after the campaign has ended are non-refundable. Additionally, any fees or charges associated with the donation, such as transaction fees or currency exchange fees, are non-refundable.

 

 

3. Advertising Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that advertisers may need to cancel their advertising campaign or request a refund for unused funds in their wallet for various reasons. To ensure fairness for both advertisers and the company, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation:

Advertisers may cancel their advertising campaign at any time by accessing their account settings and selecting the cancel campaign option. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and the ads will no longer be displayed on our platform.

Refund:

Please note that any funds loaded into the advertiser's wallet for advertising purposes cannot be refunded. However, any unused funds in the wallet can be used for future advertising campaigns or other purposes on our platform.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Advertisers are encouraged to review the current policy before loading funds into their wallets or running an advertising campaign.

 

 

4. Marketplace Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our Marketplace connects buyers with third-party sellers offering a wide range of products and services. We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their purchase or request a refund. To ensure fairness for both buyers, sellers, and the company, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their purchase at any time before the product or service is delivered by accessing their account settings and selecting the cancel order option. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and the seller will be notified.

Refund:

Please note that any payments made to the seller for products or services are subject to the seller's refund policy. We will assist buyers in contacting the seller and facilitate communication between both parties, but we cannot guarantee any refund from the seller.

We charge a commission on the sale price of the product or service, which is non-refundable. If the seller agrees to refund the purchase price to the buyer, our commission will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If a product or service purchased from our Marketplace is defective or not as described, buyers can contact us within 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or return. We will investigate the issue and work with the seller to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

 

Refund Process: To request a refund, the user must click on "Request a Refund" and fill in the form. The user must provide a detailed explanation of the reason why her/she is canceling the pro account and requesting a refund and any relevant information or documentation. The Company will review the refund request and, if approved, will process the refund to your wallet within 30 business days.

Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable for any damages resulting from the user's use of the Service, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Refund Policy will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with India's arbitration law.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Users/buyers/subscribers/advertisers/donors/fundraisers are encouraged to review the current policy before

1) subscribing or canceling their subscriptions.

2) review the current policy before participating in or contributing to a fundraising campaign.

3) loading funds into their wallet or running an advertising campaign.

4) review the current policy before making or accepting any purchases on our Marketplace.
